Angel Williams has worked with WWLLC for the past five years. She works closely with our accountant team to assure the financial growth overall health of the company. Angel has assisted in growing and developing a strong financial department. Our company prides itself on having strong financial stability, and financial credibility throughout the industry and it is enforced throughout our company by having Angel in leadership. She is proficient in the top-level QuickBooks system, along with bringing her lifelong experiences in management to WWLLC.

WWLLC is a Minority Business Enterprise certified as ACDBE, MBE, MWBE and SBE with over 30 years of experience in the Heavy Highway & Commercial Building Industry.
WWLLC has grown into a major minority General Supply Contractor. This has been done with the firm and purposeful leadership of the late Don Williams. With his leadership and experience, the organization has formed and implemented many new business strategies and processes.
In honor of Don Williams’s legacy, the Weatherspoon & Williams team is pushing full steam ahead. The succession plan is in full effect.

Brandy Weatherspoon has dedicated her time, education, and professional practice to clients, families, employees, and organizations. The population serviced has included but is not limited to client treatment, staff development, human resources, organizational development, systems analysis, and general management oversight. She also has experience in developing programs, clinical consultation, operations, performance, master scheduling, compliance auditing, and performance outcomes.
Brandy has worked in management and leadership roles during the last 16+ years of her professional experience. Brandy has participated and collaborated with agencies, throughout the region.
Most recently, Brandy & Don Williams established WWLLC in 2013. Recently Don Williams passed away in December of 2021, and Brandy has committed to continuing operating the business.
WWLLC is a small family-owned business, 6 Project Managers and a team of 9 professional staff that provide, counsel, support, consultation, advisement and direction. Brandy is on a mission to empower organizations and individuals and assist them in their growth and development. Brandy has assisted in improving business practices, staff morale, strategies, and techniques. Brandy continues to work with our consumers to increase effectiveness and creativity while WWLLC provides quality products, on time service, at competitive pricing.
Brandy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology at Lock Haven University and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling under the School of Psychology from Carlow University.
